If you wish to know who your named GP is please contact the reception for information. If you wish to change your named GP please contact the surgery and we will change this for you.
All patients can continue to see the GP of their choice, regardless of who has been nominally assigned as their “Named GP”.
All patients can continue to book the soonest available appointment with any GP or book the next available appointment with the GP of your choice.
Patients with complex needs do tend to see one GP for continuity of their care and we would strongly encourage those patients to continue to do so
